Update on classes and activities
The Centre continues to be very busy with lots of events and an active classes programme. Centre Manager, Maureen Richardson, sends out a monthly newsletter with full details of forthcoming activities. The Memory Cafe is continuing at 11am on the 1st and 3rd Fridays of the month. The next Cafe is on February 5th – see https://www.haltoncentre.org/groups/memory-cafe/
Paper craft classes are usually monthly on Tuesdays – see https://www.haltoncentre.org/groups/paper-craft-classes/ for tutor contact details. The next class is on February 11th.
Unfortunately there will be no Halton Gymnastics sessions up to the February half term due to illness. We hope that the class will resume after the half term break.
Youth Football will start back on 23rd February on the floodlit Multi Use Games Area (MUGA). Sessions are for juniors aged 11 years plus on Tuesdays in term-time from 6.00pm to 6.45pm and are FREE. For more information contact Steven Naylor on Mob: 07761 640251
Indoor Bowling will finish at the Easter weekend and will re-start in October.

B4RN, Broadband for the Rural North Ltd, is a community led, non-profit project which is making sure that rural communities have access to the new generation of fibre optic broadband. The 3rd in a series of FREE lectures hosted by Physiotherapist Rob Barker (RGB PHYSIOTHERAPY)is being held from 19:30 to 21:00 at the Centre on Wednesday 2nd March. The focus will be on knee and hip injuries. Please register with Rob on tel: 07899 497693 or
The next Children’s Nearly New Sale at The Centre is on Saturday 19th March 2016 from 10am to 12 noon. There will be tables selling toys, nursery equipment & clothes. There will also be a cake stall, refreshments & raffle. The 20 tables have already been reserved and there is a waiting list. Queries to Maureen on email: centremanager@haltoncentre
