Whether you prefer gentle stretching and toning or a fast paced class, there is sure to be a class to suit you. 

If you enjoy fresh air with your exercise, why not try Outdoor Circuits, Walking Netball, Walking Football or the 5 a-side football.

COVID-19 UPDATE APRIL 2021  

Outdoor Organised sports and group exercises can now take place.

From 17th May the following groups are allowed to restart:
Luncheon Club, Knitter Natter , Gardening Group, Reading Group, Memory Cafe, Pilates, Indoor Circuits, Tae Kwon Do, Samba Espirito

All activities are subject to government guidance on households / rule of 6 / social distancing, and governing bodies for sport. Please contact the relevant group organisers for more information.
