Pilates with Kate

The Centre has developed a full programme of Pilates sessions to cater for the increased interest in this form of exercise and development of core strength.

Kate’s Pilates is on Wednesday evenings from 6 – 7pm and Thursday mornings 9.30 – 10.30am

Places must be booked in advance. First come, first served. A block of 10 sessions is £80.
