Get Active in the New Year
Do you want to get more active and make healthy choices for the new year?
We have a number of exercise sessions you are most welcome to come and join:
Outdoor Circuits on Mondays 6pm-7pm outside in good weather, inside if wet.
Taekwondo is open to all ages 6+ on Tuesdays 6.15pm-7.15pm
Walking Netball on Wednesdays 7pm-8pm outside in good weather, inside if wet.
